Right click delay in Finder question

hi,

rather continue being frustrated thought i'd see if there's way increase delay between left clicking , right clicking open contextual menu in finder. often, i'll search through list of files, selecting multiple files go along. seems if don't right click straight away after making choice, files deselected , have go through list highlight files want copy or move. hope mean. or perhaps there's key, in addition command or shift key, can hold down...

i think know you're talking about, in finder. best solution can think of using gear menu in toolbar of each finder window instead of right-clicking. contains exact same options contextual right-click menu does.

1 reason why files might deselecting has nothing delay, rather whether or not click on selected file. if click outside selection, finder deselect you, assuming meant work outside selection. if right-click selected file in group, menu show options appropriate selected files.

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
