iTunes - Music Folder On SMB Network Drive

hello,

newbie itunes (and apple mac matter).

have music files stored on freecom fsg-3 file server on network samba (smb) drive. folder shared , connects no problem. can play music there no problem after adding library via import command (i have set music not moved across itunes folder - library info).

there way set itunes monitor folder adds/updates new additions automatically library without me having go , add manually? surely missing trick somewhere? every media player have used has had facility.
 

no, itunes not automatically monitor folders.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
