caveat emptor: logitech mac support

i'm in middle of unusually long email conversation logitech email support right on 4 month old mx revolution not working.

after waiting 5 days, got response (after sending second email, of course). here's choice quotes after first few emails of standard "troubleshooting" procedure went nowhere.

gotta love crap companies try pull on customers may not know better...i being dick because didn't want restart pc..well, didn't want drag out plug in new mouse. , if using vmware fusion (hate dualbooting), have been unacceptable. above conversation happened in on half hour. sigh.

ok refused troubleshooting step person asked because involved windows based pc? though worked until doesn't mean it's not software. don't know problem mouse, did seem valid step. testing on os on same computer not idea because may problem usb port on computer.

again did not describe actual problem was. steps provided logitech agent valid , don't know why put fight doing them.
