Need help using Russian fonts


i did search, did not come anything; i'm sorry if answered somewhere else.

colleague of mine @ state university first time mac user. trying firefox display russian font e-mail students (only firefox , ie supported on campus network), not know how. know of way this? presume there russian fonts installed os x or able installed os x. if so, how can access font? possible use russian font firefox? or there way use safari if ie? don't remember trick.

help.
 

there russian fonts preinstalled mac os x. not have install in order make mac os x or firefox , other software support russian. default font, support language in world, lucida grande. in case of russian language use lucida grande cy (which means cyrillic).

make firefox display russian open firefox preferences, open content tab , change default font lucida grande cy. should it.
