Advice wanted on motivation and education

i decided start thread because felt asking advice, words of wisdom , whatnot collective minds of mr. perhaps isn't appropriate place , perhaps come have not yet thought , not have otherwise.
situation work doing quality control @ plywood mill. don't let title fool you, not glamorous sounds. low level job @ company being pressman, loading presses. anyway, realized dead end company. possibly hope foreman position, not likely. then, being foreman of plywood mill isn't idea of interesting job. know place, not greatest means. shady supervisors (not all, few), questionable ethics oftentimes, imo.
comes advice asking portion. sadly, knowing this, still not able motivate myself go school , university degree. have of out there ever been in such position? if so, did going? don't want end guys there in 40s (i'm 25) , making $12 hour, isn't these days. can't seem push myself going. dream of how nice it'd to study , perhaps someday living in country.

sorry if didn't articulate myself well. head mixed this. been spending time long weekend, thinking things.

 

all can don't comfortable life , don't wait it. strangely enough, in similar situation yours, working small company , had advanced far time decided go school.

i'm starting finish last 2 years on b.a. in 3 weeks , i'm 10 years older you. now, every breath take, wish had not put off long , had decided go sooner.
